Donny is a Bell County native and graduate of Middlesboro High School. Donny earned his bachelors degree in 1991 and masters degree in 1994 from Lincoln Memorial University.

Donny is currently the Assistant Athletic Director for Sports Medicine at Lincoln Memorial University. He has worked in the Sports Medicine and Personal Training field for over 25 years. Donny has provided services for athletes in the middle school and high school settings, collegiate and professional levels and the Olympics. He has directed Speed Clinics for hundreds of athletes through the years. He will be providing fitness classes on a limited basis at Elevation Sports Performance.

As a certified athletic trainer, Donny brings a passion for helping athletes achieve their goals. Whether it’s returning from injury or wanting to improve performance, Donny is considered an expert when it comes to preparing athletes for competition.

Donny and his wife Jessica live in Middlesboro. They have two daughters, Taylor and Brooklyn and son, Cayden. He and his family enjoy fitness, biking and boating.
